2016 Real Estate Sales Close at $1.4 Billion in Pitkin County
The Pitkin County real estate market is beginning to pick up again as we enter the new year.
The market was slow during the first half of 2016 but picked up and finished strong despite uncertainty from the election. Activity in the last 4 months of 2016 was similar to activity in 2015, and the year finished at $1.4 billion, just above.
