Get to Know Me

Tanja has worked in Aspen real estate for more than 20 years and enjoys the challenge of finding the property that matches her client's needs and dreams. Her attention to detail, organization, experience and dedication to the business generates great loyalty with her clients. She is very well respected amongst the brokerage community and knows the ins and outs of real estate in the Roaring Fork Valley. Tanja was born in Germany and lived in her hometown of Hamburg until the age of 23. Tanja loves to travel and after studying business in Germany decided that she should work on both her travel and her English.
 
She moved to Colorado to study at the University of Colorado in Denver. It was there that she met her husband David who was working as an attorney with a national law firm based in Denver. Tanja and David just celebrated their quick twenty years of marriage and are happily raising two rascals from the home base in Emma near Basalt. Tanja still drags the family across Europe as often as possible but will always call the Roaring Fork Valley home. When she’s not skiing she loves to watch her two super fast skiers ripping Highlands or Ajax Mountains.
